Ship features in parallel,
not in sequence

Most teams run one agent at a time. Tab over, check progress, tab back, lose your place. Agent Grids puts every agent on screen at once so you can drive multiple features forward without the context-switching tax.

The problem

You have three features to build. You open a terminal for each agent, but you can only see one at a time. You alt-tab constantly. You forget which terminal is running the auth refactor vs. the dashboard migration. When an agent stalls or asks a question, you don't notice for minutes.

With Agent Grids

Open a 2x2 or 3x1 grid. Assign each tile to a different feature branch. Label them. Watch all three agents work simultaneously. When one finishes or needs input, you see it instantly -- no tab hunting. Session persistence means you can close the lid and pick up exactly where you left off tomorrow.

How it works in practice

  • 1Create a workspace for your sprint. Add a terminal tile for each feature -- auth-refactor, dashboard-v2, api-pagination.
  • 2Launch your preferred agent in each tile. Mix and match -- Claude Code in one, Aider in another. Each runs independently.
  • 3Monitor progress at a glance. Desktop notifications alert you when an agent finishes or needs input. Your coding streak tracks daily output across all sessions.
