We want you to be satisfied with Agent Grids. If the Software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@agentgrids.io with the following information:

• Your license key
• The email address associated with your purchase

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

License Deactivation

Upon processing your refund, your Early Access license will be deactivated. You will retain access to the free tier of Agent Grids, which includes 2 terminals and 1 workspace.
